International Mascot Corporation is gearing up to exhibit in the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions trade show, which will be IMC’s 24th year of attending. In preparation for the event I felt compelled to let you know how much IMC appreciates and benefits from the services of your company!
On an overall basis the number of attendees, exhibitors and the diversity of the IAAPA show has dramatically increased, adding to the size and scope of the event. As a result, each year IMC is challenged to find new and more effective ways to reach existing and potential clients in advance of and during the event. Many of our efforts have provided good results, but nothing can compare to the effectiveness of You Are Here!
Since incorporating your company’s services IMC has experienced a dramatic increase in the number of visits to our website and for the first time in years, an unusually high number of emailed enquires from potential clients, well in advance of the show dates! It is important to note that many of these enquires have been received from potential buyers who, while not planning to attend IAAPA, have contacted IMC as a direct result in visiting the IAAPA website and in turn sourced IMC through the links to You Are Here exhibitor listings!
Going into the show last year IMC had concerns that the show would not be as productive as in years past. It was the first time IAAPA was held in Las Vegas and with a new location, a slightly restrictive floor plan, an economic downturn and the associated higher expenses attendees would normally in incur while attending an event in Las Vegas anticipated that the show would not be as effective as in years past. The show turned out to be a great success for IMC and after reviewing the data provided by your company in terms of viewings and visits to the IMC You Are Here advertisements, as well as the number of booth visits it was easy to see that the services of You Are Here made all the difference. Last year’s event was a big success!
I would be remiss in not bringing to your attention the helpful and professional services of your graphic’s department and in particular the advice and guidance provided by your associates James Simpson and Andre Krueger. He was instrumental in helping IMC’s design department in the development of attention grabbing and effective graphics for the You Are Here website and the interactive map based directories located throughout the exhibit hall. James has been great to work with over the phone and especially on the show floor. He has the same philosophy that I do, treat clients like long last relationships not just money in the door. I plan on working with James on years to come.
IMC is looking forward to another great year in the amusement and attractions industry, always jumpstarted by the IAAPA supplier trade show, now made even more effective through your professional, thorough and effective services!
